Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
– 1 small head of broccoli
– 1 bunch of basil
– 100ml vegetable stock
– 100g crème fraîche
– 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
– 1 onion, finely diced
– 125g frozen peas
– 350g pasta
– 1 tsp chilli flakes
– ½ lemon, juiced
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe:
- Add 2 tbsps of olive oil to a frying pan and heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 10 mins until softened.
- Meanwhile, chop the broccoli, including the stalk and boil for 5 mins in salted water. Remove the broccoli from the pan and put it in a blender/food processor.
- Keep the water for the pasta. Cook the pasta to packet instructions. Meanwhile, add the peas to the frying pan with the onions.
- Add the stock, basil, crème fraîche, lemon, chilli and salt and pepper to the blender, blitz to a thick sauce.
- finally mix the sauce through the drained pasta and add the onion, garlic and pea mixture. Serve and enjoy!
